No Refund Policy
Koro does not offer refunds on any subscription payments. All sales are final once your paid subscription begins.
As a digital SaaS platform providing AI-generated content, we are unable to process refunds after your subscription has started. This policy applies to all Koro subscriptions purchased through getkoro.app.
3-Day Free Trial
Instead of offering refunds, we provide a 3-day free trial so you can thoroughly evaluate Koro before being charged. Here's how it works:
- Day 1-3: Enjoy full access to all features at no cost. Use this time to create content, explore the platform, and assess the quality.
- Day 4: Your paid subscription automatically begins and you'll be charged the plan rate you selected.
- Cancel anytime during the trial: If you decide Koro isn't for you, simply cancel before day 4 and you won't be charged.
Your Responsibility
We encourage you to use the 3-day trial period to:
- Create sample content and evaluate the output quality
- Test all the features relevant to your needs
- Determine if Koro meets your expectations
- Decide whether to continue with a paid subscription
If you do not cancel within the trial period, you agree to be charged automatically. Please set a reminder if needed.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- During the trial: Cancel from your account settings to avoid being charged.
- After subscription begins: You can still cancel to prevent future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
If you have trouble canceling, please contact us here and we'll assist you promptly.
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion for:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the service during the trial
- Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
All exception requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge. Custom services or consulting provided by Koro are never eligible for exceptions.
