Koro subscriptions are month-to-month and cancellable anytime. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

No Refund Policy

Koro does not offer refunds on any subscription payments. All sales are final once your paid subscription begins.

As a digital SaaS platform providing AI-generated content, we are unable to process refunds after your subscription has started. This policy applies to all Koro subscriptions purchased through getkoro.app.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • Access continues through end of billing cycle: After cancellation, you retain full access to all plan features until the current billing period ends.
  • No renewal charge: Once the cycle ends, your account reverts to free access with limited features.
  • No refund for partial periods: Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

If you have trouble canceling, please contact us here and we'll assist you promptly.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion for:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors

All exception requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge. Custom services or consulting provided by Koro are never eligible for exceptions.
